Progressive Benefits Solutions has been in business since April 2000. Our 14 years of business can be credited to our long term aggressive commitment to our customers’ employee benefit programs. Through our objective outlook into the evolving marketplace, we actively monitor the medical trends that are comprised of hospitals, physicians and prescriptions.

Each part of the pie has changed drastically within the last five years requiring innovative ideas to offset the increasing employee out-of-pocket costs. Our approach is to research, educate, review and present alternatives to our clients so they will have an objective perspective of each market. Our level of customer service far exceeds the normal inquiries of billing, employee enrollments and claims. We take an HR approach on every employee benefit inquiry and understand our clients’ needs to be updated on current legislation. Our relationships with organizations enable us to offer informative views on employee benefit laws such as COBRA, HIPAA, NJ Overage Dependent, dependent to age 26 and most recently Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. We act as your HR partner and resolve routinely confidential issues directly with employees.
